The project owners aimed at nothing short of a complete overhaul of the Fitness Center a full gut and remodel. To facilitate this ambitious endeavor and empower the architects with an intricate understanding of the existing space, Caldas Works undertook a comprehensive as-built survey.

This survey encompassed a meticulous examination of the floor and ceiling, leaving no detail unchecked, including all Mechanical-Electrical-Plumbing (MEP) devices.

In the spirit of creating minimal disruption within the active and bustling environment of the Fitness Center, we made a strategic decision not to employ laser scanning technology. Instead, we opted for more conventional hand laser measurement tools.

This decision allowed us to maintain the uninterrupted flow of foot traffic and ensure that our valued customers could continue their daily workouts without any disturbance.

This achievement underscores our commitment to efficiency and customer satisfaction. The successful execution of this As-Built Survey has laid the foundation for a seamless transformation of the Fitness Center, ensuring that it aligns perfectly with the owners’ vision of creating a space that truly stands out at the Boca Raton Resort.
